Clause 1: Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

1.1. “EU Law” means the body of laws and regulations that apply to EU member states, including Ireland.

1.2. “Ireland” means Republic Ireland.

1.3. “Effective Date” means date execution agreement.

Clause 2: Scope of Agreement

2.1. This agreement pertains to the application of EU Law in Ireland and the obligations of the Parties therein.

2.2. Party A agrees to comply with all relevant EU laws and regulations applicable to its activities within Ireland.

2.3. Party B agrees to provide legal counsel and representation to Party A with regard to EU Law compliance in Ireland.

Clause 3: Jurisdiction and Governing Law

3.2. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

5.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
